Job Title: Head -Financial Accounting
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 10-15 Years in similar kind of role from Pharma.FMCG/Manufacturing Co.
Qualification:
CA with minimum attempt
Skills Required: IFRS; IGAAP;USGAAP;working capital; treasury; taxation; a/c finalization; finanical planning;team handling
Key Responsibilities:
Handling the entire Accounting and Financial Control related issues for the company
Setting up and implementing controls
Commercial issues - participating in decisions and ensuring that corporate interests are protected including documentation
Interacting with Statutory, Cost, Internal Auditors and ensuring requisite support
Financial Policy – Implementation of co. Policies and formulations of local policies
Taxation – Handling Direct and Indirect Taxation matters in terms of Planning, Strategy, Audit and procedural issues
Fixed Asset / Working Capital – Acting as a custodian and ensuring adequacy of controls including insurance
Accounting – Responsible for maintenance of books of accounts and Quarterly / Annual closing
Payroll – Handling of transactional issues leading to generation of payroll as well as related issues –
