DATED: 16TH MARCH,
2013
Friends,
As you
might be aware, Managing Committee of Faridabad Branch is dominated by the power
group, created with the active support, vote and blessings of our council
member(s).
Since last
several days, on social media, there was a call from some students and newly
qualified members to bring back, the faculty member, which was
fired by the new
Managing Committee, with out assigning any reason. Several of these students and
members, who attended Orientation, GMCS and CPT classes of that faculty,
confessed that their fellow brothers, are being deprived the opportunity of
getting lessons from a very learned and good faculty. Their fellow brothers are
the sufferers in the internal politics of the Managing Committee
members.
It is
learnt that today several of them, went to Faridabad Branch, with a written
request to the Chairman of the Faridabad Branch, to call back that faculty. But
to their utmost surprise, not only their application was torn and thrown in the
dustbin; they were also humiliated and warned of severe consequences, if they
again raise this issue.
If this
incident is true, it is really disgusting and does not suits the office of the
Chairman.
It is very
strange to note that our Ld. Chairman of Faridabad Branch was, there in the last
Managing Committee, which appointed that faculty for the benefit of the students
and members. Then what happened all of a sudden, with the change in the Managing
Committee, which forced them to fire that faculty with out assigning any
reason(s).
Please
think:
1.
Whether the students of
orientation classes and newly qualified members of GMCS classes, be deprived of
the knowledge and skill of a experienced faculty member?
2.
What
will be the feelings and thinking about ICAI, about the Chairman of the Branch,
for their today’s behavior, of these students? Will they be able to respect such
people or any CC/RC member in future?
The
question is not that a learned person is being made the victim of politics;
question is of the future of the students and newly qualified members.
