ING Vysya Life Insurance currently has a requirement for Qualified Company
Secretary (male / female) with 1-2 years of post qualification experience
in its Secretarial Department. Holding LLB Degree would be of added
advantage. The candidate should be self motivated, energetic and willing to
take new assignments. The candidate must have thorough knowledge of
provisions of Companies Act. The concerned person shall be responsible for
assisting in day to day compliances of Companies Act , and other corporate
law compliances including insurance regulations.

The vacancy is located at the Head office of the Company in Bangalore.
