2	Executive Engineer (Civil)	02	Rs.50000/-	Up to 45 yrs	Graduate in Civil Engineering. Should have worked at the level of Executive Engineer or Sr. Asst. Executive Engineer with overall minimum 10 years experience as Graduate Engineer. He should have working knowledge in the day to day usage of primavera software.
3	Assistant Company Secretary	01	Rs.45000/-	Up to 45 yrs	ACS. Should have worked as Asst. Company Secretary (post qualification) for a minimum period of 2 years in Government Company or Company of repute and should be well versed with secretarial compliances. Should be computer literate.
4	Manager (Finance)	01	Rs.34800/-	Up to 45 yrs	M.Com or MBA (Finance) or any Degree with CA Inter/ CS-Inter/ ICWA-Inter Minimum 4 years post qualification experience in Finance/Accounts/Audit. In case of candidates having CA / CS / ICWA Inter qualification, minimum 2 years experience. Should have operational knowledge of MS office.
5	Manager (Vigilance)	01	Rs.15000/-	Up to 45 yrs	Engineering Degree in Civil / Electrical. Should have worked in Government Department / Autonomous body for a period of 5 to 7 years in administrative / managerial work preferably connected with investigation of compliance / holding of enquiries / vigilance matters.
6	Manager (Property Development)	01	Rs.15000/-	Up to 45 yrs	M.Com or MBA (Finance) or any Degree with CA Inter / CSInter / ICWAInter. Minimum 2 years postqualification experience in Property Development specially in the maintenance of Accounts therefor, as well as Finance and Costing aspects of Property Development. Should have operational knowledge of MS Office

Should have worked in Revenue Department / KIADB at the level of Revenue Inspector for 4 years with overall experience of 10 years in handling matters relating land acquisition and related issues.

Should have worked in Survey and Settlement / Revenue Department of GoI / GoK at the level of Surveyor / Asst. Surveyor for a period of 4 years with overall experience of 10 years in handling matters relating to land survey and related issues.
11	Shirestedar	01	Rs.15000/-	Up to 45 yrs	Graduate from a recognized University. On deputation basis or retired from Government /PSU. Should have worked in Revenue Department of GoI / GoK at the level of Dy. Tahsildar / Shirestedar for a period of 4 years with overall experience of 10 years in handing land acquisition matters, acquisition notifications, settlement of compensation etc
