Tracking Leadership Journey, Financial Benefits in terms of both Project performance and overall deliverables. Tracking Logistics KPIs - Preparing periodic MIS reports like logistics dashboard, comparison reports on logistics cost, Logistics Key EBIDTA drivers, competitor comparison etc. Managing CAPEX documents to their conclusion
