Job Description
Independently lead the GSSC Group Operations Reporting team which manages the Performance and Operations related metrics for Group Head, GSSCs & Banking Operations
Ensure timely delivery of high-end MIS reports to Senior Management


Continuous improvement and streamlining of various MIS reports to make it more meaningful and align with the requirements of the Country/Global Operations Heads
Initiate and drive automation of MIS reports by coordinating with various stakeholders across the bank
Assist senior management in Headcount and Cost rationalization.
Upscaling the performance and improve the efficiency of the MIS team

Qualifications & Skills
Self-starter – Should identify, initiate and drive various exercises to improve the quality of reports
Analytical skills – Excellent analytical skills to read through and challenge numbers and arrive at conclusions
Communication skills – Excellent spoken and written communication skills to communicate with Unit heads, CIO etc.
Leadership – Good leadership skills to upscale the skill sets of the team. Team size - 7
Innovative – Reduce manual efforts in reporting by focussing on automation initiatives
System/Computer skills – Excellent computer related knowledge viz. MS Office application, MIS tools etc.
Preferable if the candidate is well versed in handling MIS functions
Preferable qualification– B. Com, MBA (Finance), CA, CWA
