standard operating procedures to improve the process & performance. -Ensure the accurate management and financial accounts are maintained consistently -Assist in providing financial procedures for formulation and implementation of Strategic plan, -Budget and Key Performance objectives. -Focus on the Gross Operating Profit of the unit -Maintenance of Books of accounts like Cash book, Bank book, Ac Receivables and Ac Payables. -Ensure adequate internal control procedure to ensure correct authorization for payment procedure -Maintain up to date cash flow projections and control -Co ordinate with purchase department and avoid unnecessary excessive purchases and to eliminate of absolute slow moving items -Assist in control of inventory, credit and collection, disbursements, deposits and remittance. -Prepare bank reconciliation statements on a daily basis. -To prepare analysis of budget Vs. Actual on a monthly basis and report to management. -Provide forecast information to the operating departments -Assist in the maintenance of the fixed asset register on an annual basis. -To ensure the posting of all Vendor related transactions to the Ac payables ledger and reconcile the Ac payables on a periodic basis and take the Balance confirmations from the parties. -To follow-up Debtors outstanding on regular basis, to have proper credit co
