Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure GSC Access control strategy is formed. This has to be done accordance with GRC access control project deliverables and BCO framework. Close dialog has to be maintained with CEN Core BPO, FNA ATR, P2P and OTC Leads ensure buy in received by all key stakeholders.
Act as a key anchor point in GSC BCO standing organization to ensure SWITCH handover is successfully completed. Drive ML Access control strategy after GRC AC closure. Project long term road map has to be align to ground reality. Drive next leap of Access control. Work closely with Prime movers of critical legacy systems for ML and ensure access control process are being influenced and migrated to new GRC platform
SWITCH is one of ML key strategic project. GRC AC control is part of SWITCH under ATR domain. It's expected to work closely with GRC AC project team to ensure following. 1. Bring forth expertise from different GRC implementation projects 2. Provide consultation to project team on best practices/solutioning 3. Support project team coordinating various activity within key stakeholders which are CEN FIN teams, Cluster FIN teams, GSC Leadership, LOC leadership, and HQ
Enhance visibility of violation of SoD, drive mitigating controls and ensure ownership is given to appropriate. Ensure SAP rule set is continuously being reviewed and up-to-date.Delivery of other projects as agreed with BCO reporting management

Who we are looking forEducation - Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics, or Qualification from CIMA, CA or similar nature, Certified internal auditor or Certified Information System Auditor is an added advantage
Relevant Experience - 10-13 years of experience in SAP based Finance and Accounting processes. 5 years of experience in SAP Access management, Role design, SoD analysis, Mitigating action assignment and monitoring. ERP SNC (Security and Control) knowledge is required.
Technical Knowledge - Expertise of SAP access and SAP security concept, Expert knowledge of SAP SoD conflicts and critical access, Expert knowledge of SAP technical role structure, Good process knowledge of overall finance activities Fair knowledge on ML Legacy systems and related operational processes, SAP SNC knowledge
