1. Manage and handle all indirect and direct tax matters.
2. Ensure timely compliance under tax laws including filing of statutory tax returns, dealing with assessments/ appeals etc.
3. Review current tax practices and processes and suggest improvement(if any), in the same.
4. Review of GST implication and advising management about its implications.
5. Advising management on tax matters.
6. Monitor and mentor team to build internal compliance.
Salary: INR 20,00,000 - 25,00,000 P.A.
