CIB Income Attribution Controller - SAPCO expenses

Location: Mumbai, MH, IN
Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Audit/Risk
Ø  Understanding and Analysis of SAPCO Expenses Allocation – Primarily Technology and Operations expenses
Ø  Monitoring of Expenses on a Monthly basis.
Ø  Perform detailed analysis of Expenses including Variance analysis
Ø  Liaise with various internal stakeholders – SAPCO Team, F & BM, P & A teams

Ø  Liaise with LEC and Tax teams
Ø  Maintain Documentation of Allocation Keys
Ø  Develop Complete understanding of allocation keys
Ø  Develop understanding of SAPCO processes & Clarity Systems (Tech Expenses)
Ø  Accrual and accounting and Effectuating Settlements
Ø  Management of fast and appropriate response to Regulatory/internal queries. Preparation and delivery of periodic MIS reports due to senior management

Qualifications
Chartered Accountant with 0-2 years experience preferably with financial services industry and experience of US GAAP
· Strong team player with good people management skills
· Excellent communication and organizational skills including good judgment and decision making abilities
· Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals, departments and organizations
· Strong control mindset
· Self starter with ability to take initiative and constantly challenge the process
· Ability to multi-task complex requirements under considerable time pressure, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality
· Enthusiastic, with a positive can do attitude
· Strong PC skills including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access and Lotus Notes.
Knowledge of GL platforms would be an advantage
