Last date for ROC Annual return extended

Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide General Circular No. 10/2018 dated 29.10.2018 has extended the last date of in filing of forms MGT-7 (Annual Return) and AOC-4 (Financial Statement) under the Companies Act, 2018 from 30.10.2018 to 31.12.2018

It has also been decided to relax the additional fees payable by companies on the same.
