The Incumbent is responsible for
- All Secretarial works mentioned in details in KRA along with legal issues, drafting and vetting of agreements, legal notices etc except those directly handled by legal Head.
- Auditing of loan documents, preparing, validating, supervising and ensuring that standard documents with standard clauses are used by the businesses as per the Company’s internal policies.
- Ensuring that set objectives and targets are achieved through efficient execution of legal documentation within agreed Turn Around Time (TAT)
- Safe guarding of Company’s legal position by engaging advocates etc for vauation ,Search etc before arranging loans, wherever required, and also in case of customer default.
- Liasoning with Startup partners for day to day operation.
- All sorts of Compliances including NBFC’s compliance with RBI
- Drafting of Notice/Agenda/Minutes of Board/Committee/General Meetings.
- Independently maintaining of Statutory Registers and Records of company.
- Keeping track of the various Laws applicable to the Company on an on-going basis.
- Ensuring compliance under Companies Act and rules framed there under.
- Filing of relevant forms with MCA / other statutory authority.
- Managing independently corporate compliance of ongoing secretarial activities.
- Statutory & Legal Compliance of RBI Rules & Regulations.
- Other job responsibilities such as Credit Appraisal, handling of all types of Secretarial issues and compliance including those mentioned above, Legal issues except those directly handled by Legal head etc.
- Any other work given by your immediate seniors.
