Description

Preparation of all returns as per targets:

- Month closing activities

-Service Effectiveness - Internal Customer 

Assist in preparation of Ind AS financial statement, analysis of statement of Profit and Loss & B/S:

- Ensure compliance with all Group policies / Indian Accounting standards

- Closure of books

- Assist in preparation of financial statements under Ind AS in excel and hyperion & analysis of statement of Profit and Loss & B/S

- Audit co-ordination (Statutory & Tax Audits)

Preparation of Quarterly checklist and certificates

Preparation of various reports to stakeholders:

- Preparation of Tax Audit Annexure at unit and Company level

- Preparation of Secretarial Compliances of ABFRL including schedules to treasury 

Ensure data upload into Hyperion for CMIS :

- Ensure data upload into Hyperion for CMIS

• Coordination for preparing reports, sharing details with auditors, passing monthly entries etc. 

• Assist in preparing quarterly results and Ind AS financials statements. 

• Co-ordination with statutory auditors for provide relevant clarifications.

• Preparing necessary schedules for sharing with treasury and secretarial department.

• Secretarial annexures for Board Meeting

• Preparation of monthly MIS, reconciliation and uploading the same

 

Qualifications

 Chartered Accountant    Indian Rupee (INR)
