Vacancy for ACCA/ICMA in Quick Books

We are the largest integrated security services provider in Pakistan and we are looking for a suitable candidate in vacant positions in our finance and audit departments
Working Responsibilities:

• Have strong working experience on QuickBooks accounting Software
• Handling large volumes of data in QuickBooks & MS Office
• Maintenance of in-house computerized general ledger
• Preparations of Monthly bank reconciliation statements
• Reconciliation of control accounts with QuickBooks
• Preparation of Monthly party Invoices
• Update accounts receivable
• Update accounts payable

Required Skills:

• Must have 1-2 years' hands on experience on QuickBooks and accounts management
• Must possess minimum Bachelors or Master's Degree in Finance/Accounts or ACCA,ICMA part qualified
• Must have strong hands on experience in MS Office.
• Must have good time-management and ability to handle multitasking
• Maintain key focus on its roles and maintain discipline
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Have some knowledge of applicable tax laws
