Working Responsibilities:

- Have strong working experience on QuickBooks accounting Software
- Handling large volumes of data in QuickBooks & MS Office
- Maintenance of in-house computerized general ledger
- Preparations of Monthly bank reconciliation statements
- Reconciliation of control accounts with QuickBooks
- Preparation of Monthly party Invoices
- Update accounts receivable
- Update accounts payable
- Must have 1-2 years' hands on experience on QuickBooks and accounts management
- Must possess minimum Bachelors or Master's Degree in Finance/Accounts or ACCA,ICMA part qualified
- Must have strong hands on experience in MS Office.
- Must have good time-management and ability to handle multitasking
- Maintain key focus on its roles and maintain discipline
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Have some knowledge of applicable tax laws
