Will ICAI be able to conduct exams in July

Thank fully ICAI is taking all efforts to conduct examinations on revised schedule but the fact remains that situation is way away from normal. The ground reality is many states have started converting schools and colleges into quarantine centres due to increasing spread of covid 19. So obvious question arises is as to how institute proposes to conduct exams in these states where
containment zones are increasing by every passing hour. Upon it residential societies are making stringent rules to restrict movement of their residences. Also second question arises is how are they going to arrange supervisors to conduct exams in such a situation. Thirdly does institute command such resources to get question and answer papers printed from printers. What if suddenly some state announces sudden lock down. Conducting exams in anticipation of situation getting normal in next couple of weeks is too much to ask for right now. Further more students are facing a dilemma of sitting without jobs for months to gather in anticipation of exams being conducted on revised schedule is falling hard on livelihoods of many. It is better for all institutions to take a final stand only after central govt is through with the lockdown series and simple statement that exams will conducted only after one month after central govt ensures that there will be no further lockdowns in the country.
