Detail Job Profile:
Role purpose
Responsible for Monthly Reporting, Investment Controlling, Working Capital Management, business reviewreporting.
Will also function as SAP FICO Consultant, helping in various FICO configurations. Shall maintain and support in GL accounts settings and postings, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Assets Management, Cost center accounting and Profit enter accounting.
Will lead implementation of future enhancements of Country India version (CIN), including preparation,configuration, testing, end user training and go-live phases.
Responsibilities
1. Maintains cost centre structure, cost element structure and their grouping to optimize allocation of result between the business units.
2. Performs Monthly reporting activities.
3. Prepare Investment reports, Operation Business Reports, Working Capital reports.
4. Prepare Ageing Analysis of trade receivables / payables
5. Prepare Ageing Analysis of inventory, ABC analysis of inventory.
6. Participate in preparation of functional requirements specifications for various enhancements and reports and tested them.
7. Co-ordinates with technical team in Europe for changes in Z reports & standard layout sets to suit our business process.
8. Actively involved in solving the day to day issues for configuration and end user tickets
9. Helps the end user in supporting existing SAP systems functionality in SAP FICO.
10. Creates training documents & conduct training sessions for end users.
Desired profile (Knowledge, experience & capabilities)General Knowledge / Skills Required :
Able to analyze and extract core issues in complex business and technical process
Experience in Support, Configuring and Documentation of SAP FICO module
Methodical work style, Result orientation, strong & sound techno-commercial acumen, excellent written & verbal communication, Team spirit ,Quality Tools, MS Office.
Has participated in SAP implementation project or worked as SAP coordinate before.
