With
a very big depressed feeling & heartfelt compliance I am writing
my worst experience as on today, in the audit tender opening meeting of
Madhya Pradesh Jan Abhiyaan Parishad. A big M.P. govt Org. I am 28 yr
old young practising CA. with the experience of 2.5 yrs. I am a partner
in a well established CA firm. I am also DISA qualified CA.
1. M/s
S.L chajjed & company Bhopal: Rs 85000: Mr abhay chajjed who is
chairmen of Bhopal branch is the senior partner of this firm
2. M/s V.K dafria & company Bhopal: Rs 119000
3. M/s Agrawal Khanhere & comp Bhopal: Rs 186000: Mr ashok agrawal who is past secretary of the Bhopal branch.
4. M/s Jitendra tiwari and comp Bhopal: Rs 49990
5. CA. Sanjay Shrivastav Rs: 89000
6. M/s Ram gurjar & comp Bhopal: Rs 148000.
7. M/s S.K. Kothari & Co: Rs 149000.
M/s S.L chajjed is a blacklisted firm in NRHM deptt of M.P for 11-12 audit, as due to bidding lower rates for 10-11 audit they did not comply accordingly and reported very late. There work is not up to the quality and mark as expected by NRHM deptt.
You can get the list of bidding from the office of the Madhya Pradesh Jan Abhiyaan Parishad, Bhopal. then you can verify and judge well.
I
am feeling totally digressed with the horribleness acts of the
chartered accountants in filling the tender form and quoting the fees.
The
horribleness is that firms quote Rs 85000 P.A for all the 50 Distt, 7
zonal and 1 H.O office’s audit & consolidation work. The CA have to
visit all the districts.
Also
in my past 3 year of experience I found that CAs quote blunder rates
while tendering in govt audit and then the quality degrades, which
consequently down the CA fraternity image as a whole. The auditors
recover money from unlegal way to rectify the mistakes and objections
during these types of Govt audits.
Where the minimum standard scale of fees followed?
For what the institute conducting the capacity building CPE programmes?
For what kind of future vision a young CA goes for the practice?
Why you say to practice for audits/taxation/financial mgt/system audits?
Where the professional ethics gone?
The
very big CA firm of Bhopal quote that fees which is very less than the
petrol & fooding expense incurred to conduct that type of audit…!
I am mentioning the CA. firms who quote the fees for the financial audit of of Madhya Pradesh Jan Abhiyaan Parishad:

None of the above Ca firm has work out the costing for this audit before applying for the audit.
Please justify to my all questions. Do my CA practise SUSTAIN in this kind of system???
