A volunteer treasurer is required for SpecialCare Central Inc.
SpecialCare Central Inc is a charity set up to provide an information portal linking people with a disability and carers to service providers. Information events are also presented, such as the Disability Awareness & Opportunity Expo, where the community can obtain useful information regarding disability services. Plans are
also underway to produce a television program for transmission to interested parties.
SpecialCare Central Inc’s books are maintained using MYOB Account Right Plus and the treasurer will prepare, and present to the management committee, monthly and annual accounts, cash flows, budgets and any other financial information required for the sound management of the organisation. The treasurer will also be an integral part of the business planning procedure as well as being actively involved with the organisation of events such as the expo.
