In the lead up to October’s historic vote on the proposal to join the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA) and Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia (ICAA)

In the lead up to October’s historic vote on the proposal to join the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA) and Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia (ICAA), the Boards of the two
Institutes have announced the proposed leadership roles for the new institute.
While members will receive this information in the detailed Explanatory Memorandum, released later this month, the Boards felt it was important to give stakeholders this detail as soon as possible.
This leadership group is subject to members of both Institutes voting ‘for’ the proposal and the necessary governmental approval being secured. If the proposal proceeds, the following appointments are proposed.
