In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 49 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, number GSR 441 (E), dated the 1st July, 2005, namely:—
In the said notification, after the word and figure "section 57", the words, figures and letters "Section 58A, Section 58B" shall be inserted.
