Job Description
This Associate level role allows you to be a member of critical
reporting teams. One team is responsible for preparation of notes for
inclusion in the consolidated quarterly financial statements (SEC and
Regulatory Reporting) for JPMorgan Chase & Co. and JPMorgan Chase
Bank the other is responsible for identifying, reviewing and assisting
in the resolution of intercompany/inter-entity relationships within the
Consolidated Firm.
Specifically, the individual along with the team will be
responsible for the following tasks for various elements of the notes to
accounts and other Regulatory Reports
· Roll-forward of templates for next quarter's reporting
· Consolidations of Line of Business templates and check back to control totals
· Build of line of business cuts of disclosures for 10K and 10Q
· Run DRQ and Hyperion reports
· Build Competitor Analysis Decks
· Preparation of LOB cuts of Call Report and FR Y9C data from CDGL
Additionally, the individual along with the team will be
responsible for the following tasks for Other Revenue, Net Interest
Income, Trading Revenue, Risk Managed Instruments
· Reconciliation of ICE to Hyperion
· Preparation of an issue report
· Preparation of an issue template
· Identification of line of business for individual breaks
We would also look for the candidate to look for ways to continue
to enhance the controls and efficiency over the financial reporting
processes.
Qualifications
CA/MBA with 4-6 years of exp
Skills:
· Strong accounting skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel. Knowledge of MS Access, FDW, Hyperion and CDGL a plus
· Control/documentation background
· Very strong communications skills
· Ability to partner and build relationships with LOB and Corporate partners
· Ability to work on multiple priorities for different sponsors at the same time
· Extremely strong organizational skills
: Strong team mangment skills
· Ability to work independently
· Ability to identify and communicate issues timely
· Understanding of financial concepts.
