JOB TITLE:  Asst Commercial Manager

JOB LOCATION:  Mumbai HO

JOB DESCRIPTION:

H U F – FINANCE SUPPORT
NGO RELATED
·         Pre-grant Evaluation
o    Entity documents
o    Project proposal
o    Financial proposal and budget outlay with co funding
o    Financial records past three years for financial evaluation
o    MoU finalization with various stake holders
 
·         Funding
o    Funding per MoU for first disbursement
o    Subsequent funding post evaluation of progress based on submission of documents / evidences from NGO regarding program and finance including co funding
 
·         Project Progress
o    Quarterly reports of project financing
o    Financial progress report when funding is being done for ongoing projects
o    Field visit to verify the progress and financial documents at site
 
·         Assurance Audit
o    Facilitate Audit assurance process based on various parameters
BUDGET / ACCOUNTING
·         Preparation of budget for projects  (Annual and rolling) including co funding
·         Preparation of OH Budget
·         Quarterly bfu
·         Facilitate various payments
·         Banking related work
·         Finalization of accounts and Audit
·         Receive donations from HUL
·         FCRA Return / Income tax return
 
ADMINISTRATIVE WORK
·         Facilitate financial input where admin.  support is required such as telephone bills, IT equipments etc.
CSR – COMM.  AT HUL
·         Annual Return CSR
·         Quarterly data on donations spends by HUL
Education:
 
CA is must with min 7-8 yrs of Exp.
