Job Description 

Supervisor , Finance-1242650 Description     Role: Operations of the BPO - F&A Delivery team. Ensure resources match workloads to provide cost effective, high quality service within agreed SLA's and timeliness.. Will drive business and interfaces with the clients. Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key members of the client team. Identify opportunity for growth of the product/services and participate in transitions. Drive best practice sharing.   Responsibilities: ·         Follow up on workflow messages, communicate with local organizations, solve problems, and carry out month end close activities such as accrual booking and reconciliation. ·         People management as well as process control of large teams. Lead a financial and accounting staff to deliver accounting data and financial information to management decision makers, accurately and on time. ·         Provide businesses with vital financial services including audit and consultancy on processes, programs and projects, ensuring that everything is in line with HP financial policies and procedures. ·         Level of involvement will vary from preparing and presenting reports to delivering technical leadership for the design and implementation of major business programs with a significant impact on the company. ·         Direct the development, implementation and administration of financial planning, reporting and transaction processing systems and procedures. ·         Work closely with the transition team to achieve seamless migration of the processes. ·         Responsibilities increase from supervisor level involving leading the daily work of an assigned team, through first management level of being in charge of a specialist discipline, to second level management involving management of work groups, driving finance programs and control profit for a business entity.   Skills Required: ·         8 - 15 years of experience with atleast six to eight years of BPO Experience in third party F&A domain R2R or GL or Intercompany or Fixed Assets ·         Bachelors / Masters Degree in any discipline - Must ·         CA/ICWA/MBA from premier institutes highly desirable preferably. ·         Experience in handling large teams (minimum of 50 members) ·         Theoretical understanding of finance and In depth knowledge of financial systems ·         Practical/process experience for problem diagnosis and variance analysis ·         Problem-solving and analysis skills ·         Eye for detail and accuracy ·         High tolerance of ambiguity and flexibilty     Qualifications       Skills Required: ·         8 - 15 years of experience with atleast six to eight years of BPO Experience in third party F&A domain R2R or GL or Intercompany or Fixed Assets ·         Bachelors / Masters Degree in any discipline - Must ·         CA/ICWA/MBA from premier institutes highly desirable preferably. ·         Experience in handling large teams (minimum of 50 members) ·         Theoretical understanding of finance and In depth knowledge of financial systems ·         Practical/process experience for problem diagnosis and variance analysis ·         Problem-solving and analysis skills ·         Eye for detail and accuracy ·         High tolerance of ambiguity and flexibilty       Job  - Finance Primary Location  - India-Tamil Nadu-Chennai Schedule  - Full-time Job Type  - Early Career Shift  - Night Job Travel  - No Job Posting  - Feb 4, 2014   Click here to apply
