(or) Post Graduate Degree in Physics or Chemistry and M.E.(Industrial Safety) or Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by Government of Tamil Nadu. Experience:Should have minimum 2 years of post qualification experience as on 01/02/2014. Should have experience in dealing with accident prevention, training of employees in Safety awareness and emergency preparedness, enforcing personal safety at work place, electrical installation, construction activities etc. Candidates should be conversant with safety practices in storage and handling of hazardous chemicals, compliance of statutory requirements stipulated in Factories Act and Factories Rules, explosives rules and gas cylinder rules, maintenance of records as per statutory requirements, accident reporting and analysis, liaison with Factory Inspectorate and other Statutory Authorities.
