Allowing CA Firms to convert into LLPs
Pursuant to the LLP Act coming into force, the Council has decided to allow all existing CA firms to convert themselves into Limited Liability Partnerships. We hope that with this decision, the smaller and medium firms will be able to enhance their capacities by including persons with multi-disciplinary capabilities, and thus grow bigger.
