Under Securitisation Act 2002
on-line registration of mortgage under CERSAI has become compulsory for mortgages created on or after 31/03/2011. It is for all type of bank loans.
Auditors including Concurrent Auditors must take a note of the same.
On-line mortgage site has not been launched yet.
