(ii)lnternal Audit functions, - Financial and Compliance as per RBI and Company statute.
(iii)Except External Audit as per RBl, on yearly basis.
(iv)Certification for IGMT documentation-Share application , Share issue etc
(v)Secretarial works for company - Certification to effect all the Compliance under Companies ACT, FEMA and Approvals from Government
