2. Post Qualification Relevant Experience (in years): Minimum 18 years (at least five years in Sr. Management Position)
3. Job Requirement: The candidate should be a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. ACS / FCS. CA/ICWA/MBA & Degree in Law will be an added advantage. The candidate should have at least 5 years experience in handling Company Secretary's functions independently in a large organization. The candidate should have thorough knowledge of all applicable laws to a listed company with special reference to Public Sector Units and have adequate experience in following functions:
(i) Legal compliance as per Companies Act 1956 and SEBI regulations.
(ii) Handling bonus, split of shares, investors grievance, merger, electronic filing (MCA21).
(iii) IPO/SPO and dividend related matters
(iv) Handling of investors grievances and coordination with RTA and regulatory agencies such as Stock Exchanges, ROC.
The candidate should also have experience and thorough knowledge of preparation of Collaboration Agreements, Joint Ventures, Conveyance Deeds and to advice on Contract and Labour Laws. He/she should have handled various kinds of meetings independently i.e. Board meetings/ Committee meetings/AGM/EGM etc.
