Ensure operational controls are in place and monitored against service level agreements and contract terms & conditions (adherence to policies, operating procedures, control standards).

Manage and implement operation controls and recommend control policies in accordance with JPMC policies and standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Create testing methodology and execute to ensure operational controls are met

Oversee business continuity/disaster recovery planning and control self assessment process (CSA)

Co-ordinate and execute SOX testing for AP, T&E, and Fixed Assets processing as per testing plan and requirements

Oversight of day-to-day control performance of operations and service delivery including monitoring daily metrics, oversight of operational processing queues, and escalation management of daily operating issues across AP, T&E, and Fixed Assets processing.

Interface with the other global Corporate Accounts Payable teams; promoting consistent and best practice control agenda.

Contribute to continuous Improvement agenda by initiating & participating in automation initiatives.

Escalate issues in a timely manner, focusing on mitigation, contingency and eventual process changes as necessary.

Lead organization initiatives on Productivity, Training & Quality.
Qualifications
-
C.A. Inter with 1-3 years of background; worked with a Chartered
Accounting Firm, having relevant Internal Audit/Statutory
Audit/Management Audit or similar controls experience ;
- B.Com with 3-5 years
experience in audit background, worked in Chartered Accounting Firms, in
Internal Audit/Statutory Audit/Management Audit/Concurrent Audit,
preferably worked in TOP 5 or TOP 5 Indian Chartered Accounting Firms.
