Urgently Required : Senior Manager Finance / Manager Finance

Company Profile:

A Manufacturing Company located in Bangalore.
The Company offers wide range of LED lighting solutions in different
segments of lighting.

Job Description :


• Candidate will be responsible for the entire day today
Financial and Accounting requirements of the Company.
• To supervise the team in the accounts and finance department
• Exposure to Excise, Customs, VAT, CST, is must and also advise
the Company in Pricing and policy decisions
• Fully conversant with the provisions of the Direct Tax Laws
(especially the TDS etc)
• Will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of the
MIS on a regular interval to the Board
• interact with the Statutory Auditors of the Co for the
completion of the timely
audit of the Company.
• Need to interact with the Internal auditors of the Company
• He / she will also be responsible for bringing in the best
practices and accounting practices in the Company
• To attend the Income Tax, Excise, VAT Assessments and appear
before the respective assessing officer/s to represent the Company
• Need to deal with Bank/s and /or Financial
Institutions for the Working Capital availment and
disbursement etc and also responsible for the day today Accounting and
Finance related activities.

Education:
B.Com/ M.Com/ CA – Inter / ICWA Inter

Experience: 7-9 Years of experience preferably in a Manufacturing
Company and holding Senior Position at least for the last 3-4 years


Salary: will not be a constraint for suitable /eligible candidates


Preference: those who are presently working in Bangalore (or) would
like to move to Bangalore
