Job Title:	Senior Executive-Legal
Description:	Senior Executive Legal - Finance Location - Mumbai Main Priorities •Work on all statutory compliances like labour laws, company law, LLP law, service tax, ICAI etc •Draft, review and vet various agreements and letters •Do secretarial compliances work •Audit all compliances periodically •Prepare annual reports and minutes of the meeting •Renew license, if any •Maintaining statutory register. Search Status Reports/ Online Inspection of various documents •Liaison with various regulatory authorities •Filings of e-forms & Annual Filings with Registrar of Companies Key Outputs •Strong command in MS Excel •Strong understanding of all statutory compliance and company secterial provision •Strong understanding of the process •MIS Reports •Precision in doing legal and statutory compliance work •Accuracy of data and record maintenance •Service delivery to internal clients •Prioritising work •Ability to work with people at all levels and from a variety of socio-economic and cultural backgrounds •Methodical Qualifications •Qualified LLB and CA •Additional qualification of CS will be an added advantage. Knowledge •Good knowledge of statutory compliances and company secretarial provisions •Vendor Management •Good command over Ms Excel Skills •Personality to present oneself and be able to handle Partners. •Be able to handle internal customers and external vendors/ regulatory authorities •Multi tasking skills •Fair communication skills Experience •1-3 years of experience legal compliance work, audit company secretarial exposure
