SIRC of ICAI AGM postponed due to defective accounts.

SIRC AGM, scheduled for yesterday ( JUne 7 ) has been postponed without assigning any reason. Got the below  message from our dear friend MRV, who had raised question marks over SIRC accounts being
presented without following accounting standards, as also tabled a couple of important resolutions regarding corporate governance and disclosure by elected members.
