PC Line Control

We Offer...

Performing Reconciliation on account lines handled by PC at Inter and Intra company level.

Preparing and posting journals where required in relation to US GAAP or IFRS requirements.

Providing subject matter expertise (SME) to Line PC, FA and SPC groups. These responsibilities require a good understanding of accounting and the trade information process flows between different departments within the bank (Front Office, Operations and Financial Accounting departments).

• Analyse, explain and validate the break explanations provided by Line PC.
• Where appropriate, act as Line representative on the given projects and assist.
• Take ownership of any issues that arise from the day to day and monthly processes with a view to resolving these in an efficient and timely manner.
• Liaise with Line PC, PA, Front office or back Office support and Accounting Policy to drive consistency of accounting treamtment and reporting.
• Becoming familiar with Credit Suisse's architecture especially with regard to Front to back processing of derivatives.

 

You Offer...

• Possess a CFA or CA or MBA qualification from reputed institution.
• At least 7 years of work experience (Product control experience would be an advantage).
• Analytical ability.
• Good Communication and Organisational skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good expertise with MS Excel.
