We have a opening with Pune Corporate Office for "Analyst - Finance " with below responsibility : Month end and yearly close activities including month end accrual, billing, customer cross charge allocation, capitalizations, amortizations etc. for the Corporate books. Supports IGAAP consolidation and statutory audit. Performs Ledger reviews and reconciliations on a regular basis. Works closely with the Corporate Controller on the various monthly submissions as per the Statutory calendar. Responsible for tracking and keeping upto date changes in the accounting policies, regulatory or statutory requirements. (initial notification, confirmation and site notification). Implementation and compliance with Eaton Financial Policies ; Participate in development and implementation of IGAAP financial policies/guidelines. Manages the preparation of monthly forecast and the variance report. Lead on filing of returns, reports, statements related to indirect compliances with SEZ, Service Tax and LBT authorities at an entity level. Coordinate and liaise with other divisions for data and auditors for compliance. Maintaining all the required financial accounting data, reports and backups as per statutory requirements and Eaton’s record retention policies.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)	• Accounting Degree (CA/ICWA/CMA) • 3 - 5 years of financial accounting and controllership experience • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP / IGAAP accounting and reporting • Basic knowledge of direct and indirect tax regime in India and compliances. • Excellent analytical, written and oral English communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively across boundaries/business lines. • Excellent MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.) and exposure to ERP (Oracle/ SAP) preferred.
