Description
As a Team Leader one will be responsible for delivering on the periodic deliverables, specific tasks
and requirements assigned to the his team (which is an integral part of the HRSD accounting – Payroll, Benefit & Expat

Accounting). To assist with maintaining a structured financial and operational control environment within HR function in
EMEA and Asia. Primary responsibilities will include and not be limited to the following:
Function Centric
- Extraction, mining and reporting of Financial reports, Advanced accounting principles and theories, Good analytics and
ability to interpret financial statements
- Prepare client-ready deliverables, with minimum guidance and support form the Process / Team Manager
- Provide value-added inputs in every project / assignment
- Develop required business & product knowledge
- Execute on thought starters and other team initiatives
- To oversee the HR balance sheet in EMEA and Asia (including account reconciliation and substantiation process for
designated accounts).
People/Team Centric
- Gain full confidence of the team (seniors and peers) in terms of leading projects/assignments
- Take initiatives in team building meetings so as to enhance and share Knowledge about HRSD Accounting process
- Assist other team members in performing the work function / act as effective back-up
- Take initiatives to train new members of the team by adopting a planned approach based on the experience gained.
Priorities: Gain a strong understanding of the company's financial infrastructure and reporting tools. Develop a full
understanding of the nature of all HR assigned accounts, their use and any issues which arise with the accounts.

Qualifications

 
Qualifications
· Qualified CA with 2-3 years experience or MCOM, Inter CA, MBA preferred with 5-6+ years financial experience.
· Facilitate ongoing review and analysis of HR efficiency opportunities.
· Strong problem solving ability, organization and prioritization skills including good judgment and decision making
abilities are necessary for success in this role.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects at the same time and still meet monthly
deadlines (business as usual) also provide accurate and timely data
· Excellent interpersonal skills - must have the ability to build strong working relationships with operations, clients and
team members with Finance; Customer Service skills and a proactive ("can do") attitude are critical to your success in this
support function.
· Detailed-oriented and hands-on self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
· Must be self motivated and have the ability to work independently and in a team without direction.
· Excellent communication (oral and written), analytical and presentation skills are needed
· Candidate would be accountable (delivers), adaptable, assertive, motivating, collaborative,innovative (forward
thinking), and mentoring (growing our people) and of integrity (displays the highest standards of business ethics and
practices).
· Excellent MS Excel (data manipulation, macros, v-lookups, pivot tables and Advanced Excel applications) / MS
PowerPoint skill sets
