The norms are absolutely casual. One Master Shahab also known as tax
guru or Income-tax encyclopedia now will start his magic show, on each
and every he will try to reach and in seminars, than he will carefully
speak too much about his own candidate. His slogan is he is gentleman
and is doing very-well.
I was also council member and also contesting the election being sitting
council member but never employed
such tax guru or any god-father, I
was also not employed the equipment of seminars by putting the umbrella
of professional development /entertainment. I was alone, I am also
alone, though few local leaders said in public groups too much by
giving the title dummy firm -"'ravi holani & Co" but without having
any evidence whether such firm was dealer of the concurrent audit or
statutory bank branch audit or a tender player?
Really such local leaders are purchased by some one or they are a dealer
of votes or audit or otherwise they are not having any mind or
character otherwise they were not spreading artificial announcements.
If the ICAI wants fair election, why there is not a complete ban on
seminars etc during the election period? By such ban, there is no
mountain on the development of the profession.
