Admission to CS Foundation Programme for 10+2 Pass Students
Admission to Company Secretaries (CS) Foundation Programme is on. 10+2 pass/ appearing students seeking admission till 31st March, 2011 will be eligible for Examination in December, 2011. Students of any stream- Arts / Science / Commerce ( excluding Fine Arts ) can pursue the CS FOUNDATION PROGRAMME conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Prospectus and Application Form for CS Foundation Programme is available on cash payment of Rs. 200/- from (Noida Office) C-37, Sector-62, Noida- 201309 (Head Office) ICSI House, 22 Institutional Area, Lodi Road, New Delhi – 110 003 or from ICSI-NIRC Building, Plot No. 4, Prasad Nagar Institutional Area, Rajendra Place, New Delhi.
The Prospectus can also be had by Registered Post by sending a Demand Draft / Postal Order for Rs. 200/- favouring “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India” payable at “New Delhi” through any of the 73 Offices of the ICSI spread all over India. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India is a premier National professional Body (imparting education primarily through distance learning alongwith provision for optional oral coaching classes) set up under an Act of Parliament (The Company Secretaries Act, 1980), to develop and regulate the profession of Company Secretaries. Admission to the CS Course is open throughout the year. After qualifying the CS Foundation Programme, students are required to clear the Executive and Professional Programme Examinations and undergo Practical & Modular Training to become qualified Company Secretaries.
