Position Description |
Dalberg Global Development Advisors is currently seeking a bright, motivated, and entrepreneurial Office Manager for our Mumbai office. Candidate should be flexible to the demands of the position, with a forward-thinking attitude towards growth opportunities within the firm.
Office Management and Finance Responsibilities
Assist the consultants with meeting scheduling and travel arrangements
Manage relationships with external service providers (service and maintenance staff)
Coordinate with the other offices of Dalberg, on administrative and management matters
Prepare internal management reports on administration, utilization, and finance
Participate in management meetings
Coordinate with the external provider of payroll service
Coordination will include employee compensation and benefits, including reimbursements, insurance
Support the Chartered Accountant with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Maintain oversight and control over the professional expenses submitted by consultants
Assist the management team with budgeting and financial management
Human Capital Management
Support the management team with recruiting including job posting and resume screening
Coordinate the recruiting selection process including interviews and candidate communication
Support the performance management process by maintaining project reviews for staff
Develop and support training by scheduling and managing external providers
Develop and maintain policies on vacations, IT, expenses and other staff requirements

Superior organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and communication skills
English speaker
Experience working in an office environment (internships acceptable)
Friendly, professional personality and demeanor
Familiarity with IT and various Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Entrepreneurial mindset; ability and desire to find innovative solutions to various types of challenges
