As per the available information, Graduates can directly start
articleship even without passing any group of IPCC.
This is only a proposal which is to be approved by Central Government.
Notification is awaited and expected in three or four months.
It is known to all of us that very few students come to CA Course
through Graduation. Most of the students come through +2 and CPT.
Therefore, the impact of the proposal is very much limited.
It would have been better had the +2 students (after CPT) are also
required to start articleship without IPCC.
