Reserve Bank of India (Bank) invites expression of interest (EOI) to prepare a panel of reputed Information Technology (IT)/Information System (IS) Audit Agencies/Organizations for carrying out Information Technology/ Information System Audit of various systems in the Bank. Broad areas for the IS audits are as follows:- Periodical onsite IT Control assessments /evaluations Special review /scrutiny Audit of IT Projects at design and/or pre – implementation stage Taking up software audits/testing Associating with System Development & Life Cycle processes (SDLC) of major IT projects Conducting security audit of IT Infrastructure in the Regional Offices (RO), Central Office Departments (CODs), Training Establishments Conducting of Technology Audits of Applications IS audit - Continuous Assurance Audit   The Central Office Departments, Regional Offices and Data Centres of the Bank located at various centres all over the country will be covered under the Audit. The scope of audit may include assessing effectiveness of the existing system and providing recommendations thereon, if any, as deliverables. Firms/Agencies/Organizations, competent to perform the above may submit the EOI along with the following:- Past experience in the area. Client list and jobs done, the projects handled/areas covered along with the contact details of clients (key persons, email, telephone/mobile numbers, fax number, address etc.). The audited financial statements of the last three years along with bank branch name where the company /firm is holding a bank account. Geographical presence of the firm, with name of locations. Details of associate/subsidiary firms. Details of Manpower along with the qualifications/experiences/certifications of Key Persons and IS Auditors on payroll.   The Proposal may be sent in a sealed cover to Shri Karunasagar Chief General Manager, Inspection Department Reserve Bank of India,C-7, 8th Floor, Bandra Kurla Complex Bandra (East), Mumbai 400 051   The EOI may be submitted on or before 4:30 PM on 31 August 2011.Further details, if any, may be sought by contacting Shri Pradeep Raj Singh, Assistant General Manager, Inspection Department at the above address either in person or through telecom (91-022)26578615/9619634913.
