Pre-Budget Memorandum-2012 on Direct Taxes

The Direct Taxes Committee of ICAI undertook the task of submission of Pre- Budget Memorandum to the Ministry of Finance. For accomplishing the same, suggestions on direct tax laws were invited from members across the country. The suggestions so received from each and every member were duly considered by the Direct Taxes Committee for inclusion in the Pre-Budget Memorandum.  In this regard, we express our deep sense of gratitude and appreciation for sharing your knowledge and sparing your precious time in providing valuable suggestions on direct taxes laws to the Direct Taxes Committee . We are indeed happy to inform you that with your unstinted support we have submitted the Pre-Budget Memorandum-2012  to the Ministry of Finance. The same has also been hosted on the ICAI website for your kind reference.  We hope that the Direct Taxes Committee would gain from your knowledge and experience in future also.
