CCG Analyst - Finance
CCG Analyst supports the CCG Controller in running and orchestrating the financial and business rhythm of the Consumer Channels Group.
He/she is responsible for business performance management, revenue forecasting & analysis, business insight across BGs and products and marketing.
Candidate should be comfortable working in US MNC matrix organization structure
This position has potential to be the trusted financial advisor for the CCG Controller and CCG business Leads.

Education:
Chartered Accountant, with strong academic achievements/MBA
Experience:
Desired experience 6+ years of demonstrated post qualification work experience in Finance.
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in complex environments and work through cross group collaboration.
Ability to step up and handle special projects as and when required.
Advanced PC skills in spreadsheet and relational database applications required.

Core Responsibilities
Business Insight – 50%
Provide business insight to maximize growth opportunity for the Group. Provide concrete actions and recommendations to improve performance and execution.
Trusted advisor to CCG Controller . Required to build very strong business partnerships across CCG Segments. Be a team player to be able to provide analytics of the business. Help the business take key decisions to deliver business results.
Provide financial discipline and rigor to the CCG Segments. Help monitor the Subsidiary scorecard to provide timely inputs t the CCG Segments.
Drive resource optimization and investment initiatives based on benchmarking, in-depth analysis and business modeling scenario. Help CCG to drive the culture of ROI on marketing and business investments
Drive profitability & productivity analysis of go to markets and other marketing or sales initiatives.
Help land the Controls & Compliance culture in the CCG world.
Business Excellence – 50%
Help the CCG Controller drive an effective rhythm of the business (ROB) and business performance reviews.
Help revenue forecast accuracy through a solid forecasting model and process.
Drive a predictable and effective planning rhythm, from the Mid Year Business Review to Annual Financial Budget.
Consistently execute against key financial processes on time and with quality and accuracy. Improve business productivity and operations.
