Job Description:Perform FORD Sox self-assessment testing for
FORD Credit Bank functions across European locations for Automotive
business Complete testing within the Corporate target timelines for
both Sox & Non-Sox Provide guidance and support to European
locations Internal Control, Revenue Recognition, Sox 404 (Incl C-Sox),
Delegation of Authority etc Support Local Internal Control
Co-ordinators at the locations Coordinate with operations and support
customer need for timely completion MCRP questions Constant monitoring
of travel plans (extensive travel between April &ndash September 6
Europe locations) and adhere to target timeline. Knowledge in both
Automotive & Credit business Relationship Management: To build
and maintain good relationship with the following individuals / teams:
Internal Control Coordinators (ICC) Local Management Subject
Matter Experts (SME)
Desired Candidate ProfileCandidate should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant and have 5 + years of post qualification experience Prior Work experience in Internal Control/Audit is mandatory Should have managed a team Required skill(s): Risk Management, SOX compliance Willing to Travel overseas on audit assignments Solid grasp of business concepts, drive for results, and quantitative / critical thinking skills Ability to maintain data integrity/ accuracy and use data to identify and solve problems Leadership (integrity, drive, courage and initiative) in personal and professional experiences Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks within a defined time period
Experience Required: 5 to 8
Education Required: (UG - B.Com - Commerce, B.B.A) AND (PG - CA)
