Ensuring
statutory compliance relating to accounts for all the companies. 

·        
Coordinating
with auditors. Proper Liaision with Govt. Authorietis.

·        
Finalization
of accounts and dealing with ROC. 

·        
Be a
team member of management decision making committee. 

·     Regular supervision of all mining sites and inspecting their accounts.

·        
Conducting
internal audit time to time.
