Job Responsibilities You have to be an integral part of Global COO management team and building business relationship onshore and within DBOI to standardize and add value to all standard and non standard processes. Need to stabilize, standardize and improvising business processes and helping in driving improvement in the same. Engage and participate in all strategy discussions related to the business and helping the COO to manage all the change management projects related to the product.Will have to work closely with onshore business managers on upcoming projects, assignments and initiatives. Seamless delivery of financial and non financial tasks. Leverage the BMSC capability in delivering these tasks by adopting standardization and best practices.Will have to provide value add analysis in management updates on key projects, controls, ongoing operational initiatives, financials and related business management activities.Actively participate in growth plan, business reviews and change management initiatives with the Global Operations team. Be an active member of the team that manages the initiatives.Have to support cost allocation enquiries from business units, supervise production of monthly cost allocations and provide analysis on the variation in allocations supported by the changes in operations. Qualification: Chartered Accountant / M.B.A Experience: More than 8 years of work experience in reporting and analysis.
