 Sub:    6^th ICAI’s MII Corporate Forum and Awards 2012   

We are pleased to inform you that the Committee for Members in Industry is organizing 6th ICAI’s MII Corporate Forum and Awards 2012 in January 2013 in Mumbai consisting of  various concurrent events including ICAI Awards 2012. 

 ICAI Awards 2012 - would honour the exemplary work of Chartered Accountants in Industry by recognizing those who have demonstrated excellence in their professional life, personal life and are the role models for others in industry.  These ICAI Awards 2012 are instituted to acknowledge Chartered Accountants in Industry who:

• have demonstrated excellence in the way in which they conduct their profession.
• are exemplary role models in the industry.
• have created  value  to  their  company's  stakeholders  on  a sustainable basis.  

 

It may be mentioned that Shri Rahul Bajaj, Chairman, Bajaj Auto Limited has agreed to be Jury Chairman for the Jury Meeting scheduled to be held on 18^th December 2012 from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM.  There shall be eminent Jury Members.

The awards shall be given in various categories. Applications can be made by 1. The Chartered Accountant himself. 2. His/ Her Employer. 3. Any other member of ICAI.  4. Others, which the Nomination committee may deem fit.

Please send following documents latest by 1^st November 2012 positively to enable us to consider the same at our end. 

1.  Two copies of duly filled online nomination form. For filling online nomination form, please visit  http://www.icai.org/nominationcmii2012.html
    
2. Two passports sized coloured photographs.
    
3.  Two copies of brief description of the nominee’s organization including description of the products, services and overall strategic goals.
    
4. Two copies of the company's last 5 years annual report and company’s organization chart.
    
5. Two copies of Information on the various evaluation parameters as mentioned.
    
6.  The financials of the company to be provided as of 31st March, 2012. The personal milestone(s) achieved up to 30th September, 2012.
    
7. Details of membership of other professional/social bodies.
    
8. Details of other roles eg. Directorship / member of audit committees of other companies etc.

We request you to nominate members of the Institute whom you deem fit for grant of any award of the above said categories.
