Purchase of Land for Ludhiana Branch

Greetings of the Day!

As you all know that over the years Ludhiana Branch of NIRC of ICAI has grown by Leaps and Bound. Presently, there are more than 1400 members and more than 5000 students attached to Ludhiana Branch. Few Years back we shifted to the New Building i.e. ICAI Bhawan, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana. With that, also started number of Activities in the form of In house CPE Hours Seminars, Workshops, Conferences & Programme for Students in the form of GMCS, Orientation, I.T. Lab, Coaching for CPT, IPCC & Final, besides the other host of activities in the form of other Social, Community Services, Administrative Programmes etc.

All this with all your Best Wishes, Guidance & Support has resulted in more demand for space for ICAI Bhawan. Our worthy Institute “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” will finance/fund whole of the Project. Members are therefore  requested to kindly forward written proposals (if any) with regard to additional purchase of Land for ICAI Bhawan, Ludhiana, preferably in the immediate vicinity of existing Building.

We are also attaching herewith the cuttings of 2 Newspaper whereby we had advertised for the purchase of Such Land.

It would be very kind of you if such proposals are forwarded to ICAI Bhawan, Ludhiana latest by 2^nd January, 2012. These Proposals would be then put forward to the Committee for finalisation.
