Sub : Elections 2012 – Counting of Votes

I wish to inform you that as per election programme approved by the Council, the counting of votes for election to the twenty second Council and twenty first Regional Councils will commence from 19th December, 2012. The venue for the Counting will be Institute’s premises at ICAI Bhawan, A-29, Sector 62, NOIDA – 201 309. The counting will start at 10.00 A.M. on each day and will continue till 5.30 P.M. or even beyond that time so that the entire process of counting of votes is completed and the results are
declared latest by 9th January, 2013. Since it is not possible to indicate the exact time and date on which the counting for a particular constituency would conclude and consequently the counting for the next Constituency would be taken up, I am giving below the order and the estimated date in which the counting for a particular constituency would be taken up:-
