The National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation (NHFDC) has been set up by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India on 24th January 1997. The company is registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 as a Company not for profit. It is wholly owned by Government of India and has an authorised share capital of Rs. 400 crores (Rupees Four Hundred Crore only). The company is managed by Board of Directors nominated by Government of India. NHFDC functions as an Apex institution for channelising the funds to persons with disabilities through the State Channelising Agencies (SCAs) nominated by the State Government(s) .i) The loan to be repaid within 7 years after commencement of repayment.

Job Description

The National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation a company registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (not for profit) has been set up with the objective to provide financial assistance to Persons with Disability for self-employment. The Corporation is presently looking for suitable result

oriented persons to fill up the following posts;

1.Name of the post : Manager (Project) : One
Pay Scale : 24,900-50,500 (IDA Pattern)
Age : 37 Years
Essential Qualification : a) P.G. Degree in Science/Commerce/ B.E. or MBA from a recognized university. OR CA / ICWA/ MBA (Finance)
b) Minimum 05 years experience in project formulation, appraisal & scrutiny of projects of which, 3 years at the executive level.
c) 2 years hand on experience on computer or 1 year experience of using computer for project appraisal/monitoring and recovery.
Desirable Qualification : Experience of working in the area of disability.

2.Name of the post : Senior Accountant : 01
Pay Scale : 11,200-24,650 (IDA Pattern)
Age : 32 Years
Essential Qualification : CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter)/B. Com from recognized institute/university
Experience : Minimum 2 years experience in the relevant field
Desirable Qualification : Knowledge of Tally accounting software.

3.Name of the post : Cashier : 01
Pay Scale : Rs. 10000-21100 (IDA Pattern)
Age : 30 Years
Essential Qualification : Degree in Commerce from recognized institute/university
Desirable Qualification : Preference will be given to those candidates who have experience of handling cash in Financial Institute/PSU/Bank/Private organization of repute

General Instructions:
1. Age limit and post qualification experience for all posts is as on 1.1.2013 Age relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Serviceman/Physically Handicapped (PH) and other categories will be given as per Government rules.

2. Experience and age limit may be relaxed in case of otherwise exceptional candidates at the discretion of the Management. Pay Scales are (Revised IDA Pattern) for all posts.

3. In addition to Pay & IDA, other allowances are payable as per 2nd pay revision, Leave, EPF and Gratuity as per the rules of Corporation to regular employees only. The corporation reserves the right to amend/cancel the posts advertised without assigning any reason thereof.

4. Candidates working in Central/State-Govt. Organisations, Autonomous bodies, Statutory Bodies, Public Sector Undertakings should apply through proper channel.

5. Only outstation Scheduled caste and Schedules Tribes candidates called for the interview/-ion test will be paid single return Second class rail fare or actual bus fare whichever
