Senior Financial Analyst - GL - Global Finance Hub - IND001QH
Job purpose
The role encompasses providing financial support and execution for
the Management. The incumbent is to monitor the entire books of
accounts related to General ledger, ensuring a smooth month close and
overall accuracy of Accounts
Your client responsibilities
- As a part of the GL Team, the employee would need to perform the following activities:
- Conduct an in-depth analysis (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss)
- BRS
- BCs query handling
- Accruals management
- Co-ordinate with the AP, AR & GL functions, wherever required
- Perform reconciliations between management and statutory accounts
- Perform Inter-firm reconciliations
- Process the monthly regular and exception entries.
- Preparation of Monthly Statutory Packs
- Preparation of Yearly Financial Statements
- Handling of Audit.
- Develop strong client relationship.
Your people responsibilities
- Contribute ideas/opinions to the team and listen/respond to other team members' views.
- Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery.
- Demonstrate professionalism, competence and clarity of communication when dealing with the internal and external team
Technical skills requirements
- Accountancy Qualifications (CA/ICWA) with 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role

MBA/ BCom/ CA Inter/ CWA Inter with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
